At Cool Dragon Miners, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If your product does not meet expectations or arrives damaged, our clear return and refund process ensures a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments are eligible.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order mining rigs.

  • Used or altered equipment.

  • Open-box items unless faulty.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a faulty unit, we can exchange it for the same model (subject to availability).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

  • For international returns, customs clearance and import/export fees may apply.
