1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product integrity.

A return may be approved if:
• this product arrives damaged or defective
•  item received is incorrect or does not match the order description
•  return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• product is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging

To qualify for a return, customers must provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Please note that used mining equipment, improperly installed units, or products damaged due

to user handling are not eligible for return. Refund and Return Policy

2. Refund Process & Approval Timeline

All refund requests are carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Once a return is received and inspected:
• Refund eligibility will be confirmed within 3–5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing components,

a partial refund or rejection may apply depending on the condition. Refund and Return Policy

Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions or payment providers.

3. Warranty, Shipping Costs & Important Notes

Some products may include manufacturer warranties that are separate from return eligibility.

•if  the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• All returned items are subject to inspection before approval
• Cool Dragon Miners is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
